Great place if you get served by the younger staff. Beware the fat older blonde. She has a shitty attitude. I will not spend another dime here until Urban Grind gets rid of her.
I am tired of this….. I really love this place for their bagels and chocolate banana smoothies. However, I can not stand the fact the one girl that works there is more worried about being fast than getting my order right. I ask for it on the side and she doesn’t listen. If you do not ask for cream cheese on the side she puts so much of it on your bagel is nasty. . I tried to tell her she got it wrong and she just turned around. The other thing that really gets to me is when you are trying to order she doesn’t let you finish. Really? I think I will just start going to the place across the street.

They also make amazing Spiced Chai Cookies. If you follow them on FB or Twitter, you can find out about their Free 4 Friday deals – Free is always good! Doing a great job ladies!
Convenient Location. This terrific little coffee shop in the lobby of the Bank of America building serves excellent coffee, teas, and juices along with really good blueberry muffins and other baked goods. Service is always fast and friendly.
