Great. I called to get a to go order but I said oh shoot I may not make it there by 2:30 – she said come on – we will be here for at least 15 more minutes – she gave me a hint for a second selection – the rueben is super and the pecan salad is to die for – they were order #1 – then got the club and it is great – we enjoyed it ALL.

Bad food, bad service. After waiting 5+ minutes for our server, we asked the host to take our order. After 30 minutes, we had to ask for the food to be boxed up to go because it had taken so long and we had to get back to our office. The host asked if I wanted to pay the check while I waited, I said yes , he leaves and comes back to tell me he can’t get the ticket until the kitchen is done making the food and I would have to wait. Another 10 minutes later, the food was delivered, an apology was offered but that was it. Upon returning to my office, both myself and my guest discover uncooked, fatty bacon on our sandwiches. I will post those pictures because it was disgusting. You would think with the 40 minutes it took to prepare the food, the bacon would at least be cooked. Our sandwiches looked like they had been thrown together at the last minute. Disappointing, won’t return here.
Fresh ingredients and decent service. We like first watch because of the fresh choice on the menu. Had poor service once, but the time in the restaurant is quick. Not a heavy greasy breakfast, good coffee and fresh Orange juice.
Don’t Bother. Unless there is no other place open, don’t bother to go here. The service was slow, the food was not very flavorfull. We went here after all the other local places had a long wait. We should have waited at the other local breakfast places. Because we wasted our money on this one.
The food and the server (a guy with blonde hair) were great. However, the host was very rude and unsure about anything related to the restaurant. She said they no longer take gift cards? And that she didn’t want to try anything because she just started here a week ago. I do not understand how a hostess with a week experience could be so inexperienced. Does first watch do any training before starting an employee? I then called and asked to speak to a manager. I asked if they were accepting gift cards and he said yes. Then I explained to him the situation and he made up something about the gift cards not working the past two hours. He was also very short and unprofessional. Good thing First Watch’s food is great, because it makes up for the staff.
Be cautious if you have dietary restrictions or if you want beverages. I was not able to find much on the menu that I was able to eat and the server never brought us beverages after the initial check and waiting for 10 minutes. We did however watch our server play with some dogs outside for 3-4 minutes. We ended up leaving when the server finally came back to us after not bringing anything to drink and just wanting to know if we wanted anything to eat.
