I wouldve given this place a 1 based on last nights experience but gave it a 2 because Ive been here before and it wasnt as bad. We walked up to a not busy bar and stood there for about 10 minutes and no one waited on us. We watched the bartenders walk back and forth and NO ONE acknowledged us. Ive been here in past and have had ok service but last night made my friend and I feel very upset. Will never go back. Not sure why its so popular. Staff is rude and unfriendly.
Horrible all around. First, we were seated and no one acknowledged us. Two other parties seated and got drinks delivered before I finally had to flag someone down. Oh, no one has helped you yet, guess I will was the response. Dirty dishes left in the ledge next to us for most of our visit. Ordered an appetizer, table next to us ordered same about 5 minutes later and got it within 30 seconds, our appetizer! Food finally came, we had to get up and ask hostess for silverware, she went to get it and took 5 minutes, we saw her stopping at other tables while our less than average food was getting cold. This was our second visit, first was no better, but everyone deserves second chances, right?! Boy were we wrong!!!
