Great atmosphere and right on the beach! You can call for other-than-day-of reservations and they send you a text. While waiting, they will send you a text to let you know when your table is ready. Everyone there is super friendly. I recommend the sampler appetizer to start off; perfect for those that can’t get enough crab in their lives!
Fun restaurant to eat at but not the best seafood to find in town. The fist tacos are very good though, and the nachos are a great appetizer to share with friends. The location is very nice, right on the beach. But if you are looking for good seafood, take a trip a little south and try slider’s seafood grille.
We love this place. Great service and a fun atmosphere. The shrimp boil is always good. People complain about the fried food but they offer a lot of grilled options too. If you like a fun place to go that’s laid back, give them a try. The whole staff is really good.
Chain seafood joint. Too bad this is one of the only on the beach spots in jax beach. The food is uninspired and mostly fried. We have never had a great experience here.
Overpriced and not worth it. We went here for my sister’s birthday because she loved it when we visited it before. However, we will not be returning. On our first visit, we ordered the smaller steampot with crab legs, and, though it was meant for just 1 person, two people could eat from it and be satisfied. We did that again because the menu showed a picture of the steampot overflowing with crab. When we got the food, it was a huge disappointment. There were only 4 crab legs in the pot and they were not connected so we felt jipped on the crab meat. The red potatoes were mushy and gross, the corn was bland, the shrimp were not de-veined, etc. Also, we were charged twice by our server and had to clear it up with the bank. All in all, not a good experience.
Worst Place to Dine. I will never again come to this place felt dirty and sticky… This place makes so much money that the Air Conditioner wasn’t even working it was like 90 degrees inside what a shame…
