We brought my Mother in for her birthday and nothing was right. They never brought us our appetizer, my Mom’s salad was brought out with tarter sauce instead of blue cheese, some of our food came out prior then the other meals, causing us to have cold food cause we didn’t want to eat prior than the other people at our table (3 of us, not ALOT of people either), my Mom’s food was cold had to be sent back & waited another 20 mins to get that back, we ordered Red Beans & Rice waited just to find out they were out so we ordered 2 sides of sweet potato fries instead that came out together as 1 order. I am allergic to shellfish (my Mother was eating) and they brought both orders of fries together assuming we could share… I mean who does that? We ordered 2 separate side items, you should never put them together. Anyhow, so I then ordered a 3rd order & was expected to pay for all 3, UGH. We waited forever for our drinks to be refilled, then was brought the wrong drink, they never acknowledged my Mother’s birthday like I requested, nor did the manager ever come to talk to us even after requesting for him/her twice. We spent 3 1/2 hours here for LUNCH, it completely ruined my Mother’s birthday surprise. In the end the server put a 10% Military discount on my ticket for our troubles… Just a terrible experience at your restaurant all around.
The atmosphere and view on the deck was great our server ashley was ok.she said the kitchen lost our order and it took alot longer than it should have the cocktails were very good..the food was awful over cooked tiny lobster tails if it wasnt for the sides we would have left hungry.i was comped for part of the price because of the wait.this place is overrated and we will never go back..!!
