Expected to wait in line, arrived 730 for dinner, expected it to be noisy, expected fish to be fresh, always has been. DIDNT EXPECT HAIR FRIED INTO BATTER ALONG WITH FISH! Found it after I had eaten half and was boxing up rest to go! Back kitchen manager needs to invest in hairnets. As you stand in line next time, take notice of who is preparing your fresh catch! Yuck!

A casual eatery where you place your order at a food counter, selecting your options from a blackboard or menu handed to you, before finding yourself a seat. A server will bring your order to you once ready.Each fish of the day comes with a selection of 2 sides – fries orcoleslaw and hushpuppies. Fried can be swapped for other side options and hushpuppies swapped for extra slaw. We started with gator tail as an appetizer to share – our first attempt at gator. Battered and flash fried nuggets. Very tasty and tender.The fish of the day we selected was trigger fish – a first for us. Delicately prepared and incredibly fresh.Casual eatery with many options to choose from and great, fresh fish.
I love Safe Harbor Seafood. The seafood is fresh, and perfectly prepared. Portions are generous. I’ve been many times, and never had a bad meal. To those giving a bad rating after being reprimanded for trying to save a table: They have clear signage stating not to save a table until you have paid and have a number. Otherwise you’re being RUDE and skipping everyone ahead of you in line.
I’m not sure why this place is a 2.8. That is ridiculous! Fresh seafood at its best. Casual dining and and awesome view. The line can be long as many, many people live this place. We love the fish tacos and even the salad is fresh and tasty. Great local joint!
Unpleasant experience. Too loud and was reprimanded by Max the manager when trying to save a table for my husbands grandparents. If you don’t want customers to save a spot to enjoy the food they are paying for then you should hire a hostess.
