I stopped by tonite because i had acoupon for 3.99 for a thai chicken peanut bowl it ws for 3.99 reg 6.50 or so. absolutely nauseating. you come out better with ramen noodles and a can of minced chicked from dollar tree. terrible, i tried to doctor it up with a little curry but there was nothing to work with. just wasted fattening noodles gave it to my boston terriers. i thought i might like a smoothie but for nearly 5 bucks forget it after what i already wasted. anyone goes there for extremely over priced food has my sympathy. never again. i know this will be deleted by owner but who cares.

Good food, terrible service. This particular Tropical Smoothie has consistently disappointed me in service. Short and mean, who I assume to be the manager is rude, rolling her eyes at customers and talking about them behind the line, guess what lady, we can hear you! I was absolutely appalled when we ordered our smoothies and there was absolutely no customer service, we told her what we wanted, she rang it, then told us how much it was and after we paid, she disappeared into the back of the store. The girl making the smoothies seemed to have no personality and just sat our drinks down and walked away into the back again. Is Narnia back there? The only employee I saw doing any work was dragging, yes dragging, the trash through the front of the store and out the back door. Are you serious? Honestly I can’t believe Tropical Smoothie is spending money on such horrible employees and managers, truth is, they’re wasting money and probably won’t be around much longer. Sorry guys, I’ll trek over the bridge to the Kernan store just for their customer service so as not to be treated like an inconvenience when it’s my money and other customers that support their paychecks. I know this is a bit TL;DR bottom line, Tropical Smoothie needs new employees at this store.
I recently visited this tropical smoothie and had a negative result. While I am normally a fan of the chain the experience was awful . I had the totally turkey wrap which was DRENCHED in watery ranch and included a whopping one peice of turkey. While the smoothie was tasty i could not say it was outstanding and was overpriced , after this experience I could not recommend tropical smoothie as a go to lunch place but a place to go for an overpriced , under quality afternoon snack.
Best desert smoothies in town!! Chocolate chiller ultimate best!!! Very enjoyable, refreshing place to grab a bite!!
A Healthier Alternative. For an afternoon snack I generally stop by and get the Sunrise Sunset. It always hits the spot and helps me avoid resorting to sweets for an afternoon pick-me-up.
TROP SMOO. What a great variety of flavors in smoothies. Try the King Caeser Wrap if you like Caeser Salads, and the Cool Breeze if you like pinapple and non fat yogurt.
