We wandered over to Juno Beach by the Pier and decided to visit Caf Sole for lunch. We noticed that they were popular for sandwiches, salads & pizza. The restaurant is located in a strip-mall at the further northern point. They have comfortable outdoor seating especially for the beach crowd like us that attend. We had their chicken sandwich on panni bread which was very good.

Fresh!. I have never had anything bad here. I have eaten everything from their pizzas, sandwiches, salads and roll-ups. My favorites are the salads and roll-ups! I know its a small part but they have the BEST croutons Ive ever eaten and their ranch dressing must be homemade as it is so creamy and perfectly seasoned. The salty crunchy croutons with the dressing is a perfect match. The roll-ups are always presented to me hot and fresh and perfectly crispy. The rollups are super stuffed so I usually share a salad and a wrap. I wash it all down with their unsweet tropical tea and always leave feeling happy and healthy.
Pricy. Good food, attentive staff. Outdoor or indoor dining (bring a sweater if you plan to eat inside). Cute decor and close to the beach.
