About
Eddie lubic, a native New Yorker and restauranteur is the proud and charasmatic owner and operator of Uncle Eddie's Ristorante. Over the past 36 years Eddie has made his living and passion in life, cooking delicious, authentic Italian cuisine in comfortable, attractive atmospheres. His menu has always been based on recipes past down through generations of his family back in the old country but with a contemporary twist. Originally from Westchester County, New York, his restauarant career began when he took over his father's business, named Pizza Village in 1979. He later redesigned and updated the space, changed the menu to celebrate traditional Italian cuisine and renamed it, Eduardo's. From Eduardo's inseption until it was sold in the fall of 2014, Eddie also formerly owned and operated three other restaurants throughout Westchester, including Eduardo's II, Steakout Eddie's and the Muscoot Tavern. A New Yorker at heart, Eddie decided to sell his remaining restaurants in New York and move south when he found a gem sitting alongside Lake Norman in Mooresville, North Carolina. In the Spring of 2013, Eddie and his wife Ann-Margaret packed up and moved south with their daughter Lacy, to open Eddie's Seafood & Raw Bar. Ann-Margaret also shares a lengthly history working in the restaurant industry, managing food and beverage for casino's in Atlantic City, New Jersey over the course of a decade. Upon discovering a great opportunity to open a new restaurant, like he has done in every instance in the past, Eddie seized that opportunity and now has the pleasure of continuing his success in Southern Florida
