Go anywhere else for a burger. The allure of the famous chef’s name on the door fades quickly when you have a 30 minute plus wait for a burger, and then the disappointments sinks in when you bite into it. You then eat it because you are hungry and have been waiting so long for food that it almost doesn’t matter what is on your plate but then again it does, this is Bobby Flay’s place he’s a famous chef, its upscale, it should be good. I had cold fries that I sent them back for hot ones, that didn’t happen, my replacement fries were equally just as cold as the first, folks McDonalds makes better fries and they are hot. Do your taste buds a favor and skip this place for a meal. Don’t understand all the positive reviews because this place is no palace, their food is not fit for a king or even a peasant.
Disgusting food. Went today to this dump with my family. We ordered fries, onion rings and 3 different types of burgers. Everything was greasy, oily, slow service, gross flavors. The fries were made using old potatoes and tasted bad. The place is very pricey and the food just plain disgusting. The worse food, bar none, we have ever tried. Dont waste your hard earned money going to this dump. The food is just nasty, gross, oily, greasy, bad tasting!
I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this burger.. It was a spot-on interpretation of a Brunch Burger, but I would recommend that you skip the gimmicky addition of the chips. This restaurant exceeded my somewhat low expectations not only to serve a burger that I would eat again, but one that I would deem worth of carrying a celebrity chefs name. miamiculinarytours.com
Huge let down. Very let down. When you think Bobby Flay you think flavor but this was bland and missed the mark. There was three of us. Every burger was bland and horrible. The fries seemed like they were cooked and left in a warmer for at least a half hour. The onion rings were fantastic. The shakes tasted great but were super watery. We spent $53 bucks and we could have got a better meal at any fast food place. Should have gone to the food court.
Very little personal attention. I’m also not very impressed with the food. I have eaten here three times, as it’s close to my work. I twice ordered rare burgers which arrived very well done. Even after sending one back, it was still overcooked, and re-assembled onto the same bun missing the bite I took from it; can’t say that I’ve ever seen that before. On this last visit, I decided to try the turkey burger. The patty was very dense, completely devoid of any juice, and was cooked far too much, having a black, burned crust on the outside. As for flavor, it was very bland, with absolutely no discernible seasoning on the patty itself. I ordered the Napa which includes watercress; there were two small sprigs- I expected a nice handful. Very disappointing. I wonder what Bobby would say if he were served the burgers I’ve had here.
I was expecting more! Burgers are ok but not amazing. Hate the seating (large communal tables). Vanilla shake was good although overpriced for the size. The fries were fine but again not what I expected from Bobby Flay. Disappointing ;(
It was ok. Just another shake shack or 5 guys. Milkshakes were good! Fries and onion rings were soggy not crispy
