I couldn’t even eat the appetizer!!! It was disgusting. The chicken crispers were not crispy at all. The fries were stale. The skillet queso was cold and chunky. I sent it back but was still charged for chips and salsa which weren’t even touched. I would NEVER go back to any Chilis again. Kendall has completely ruined it for me!!!
HORRIBLE SERVICE!. It took forever to be seen by our waitress. We didn’t get our drinks until after the appetizers got to us which was about 20 minutes after she finally arrived to our table. Then we had to wait another 25 minutes after the appetizers were done for her to show up again & take our order. When the food finally came out 2/4 of the entres had to be sent back because they were ridiculously burnt. This chilis location provides horrible service. And this isn’t the first bad experience here.
