Absolutely the best !. I can’t believe the negative reviews people are giving to this amazing neighborhood Italian restaurant. I work withing walking distance of Ciros and I have been buying their take out Pizza made by Ciro who is Italian and owner of Ciros for ancient years and is always The Best. My husband and I live in Palmetto Bay and if we feel like having pizza my husband would drive down to Ciros to get it, as he wouldn’t eat any other pizza. When you call to order or at the restaurant you may want to specify how thin or thick you want the crust as pizza crust can be made in different thickness, the toppings are amazing! We love the mushroom and pepperoni. The restaurant is very small, service is good and food is GREAT ! So, I recommend you try it and see it for yourself. I give Ciros 5 stars!
Food is great but will NOT Go back again because we were not treated right we showed up at 6pm and we were asked to take a table in the takeout area because there were only two of us. The place had a4top empty where we went to seat ourselves and 2 empty 8 tops with a 6 top leaving. The place was @ 50 percent capacity
I had good expectations, cute lil setting, ambience nice( looks Italian!!Friendliesh, upon entering dining area…Food…..NOT ITALIAN( I kno I’m Italian!!!!Meatballs(didnt tast like meatballs)…. Seemed uncooked in middle( I don’t kno as I leftem).Sausage( blah), no flavorZiti(pasta) pre cooked over cooked w ragu ish Tom sauceEdible but my jar sauce better at home!!!when I’m too lazy to chop garlic….Garlic bread( nightmare)…Thiers too many other restaurants that serve great garlic rolls to eat this stale bread w too much parmesana on itThe salad was ok simple….Dressing horrible!!!Not sure how pizza or other dishes are thoIt is what it is
After reading the other reviews I thought this was going to be a can’t miss, but I sure wish I did. From the 1980’s ambience to the bland and tasteless pizza and garlic bread, Ciro’s definitely did not live up to the reviews.
You must call AHEAD for seating…food is good.
Tasty Pizza. We ordered a large cheese for delivery. It was hot and fresh. Although they say ‘real’ Italian there is a lot more dough and cheese than real Italian pizzas and New York pizzas. We enjoyed it, the sauce was tasty and the abundance of cheese was yummy!
