Devon Seafood Grill offers an elegant and cozy atmosphere with an interesting variety of seafood and meats. Additionally it provides an extensive list of wines, beers and cocktails, which combined with its oyster bar make it an ideal place to share with friends and family. Monday and Sunday, they have special offers on wine. Monday through Friday, between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm, oysters have a special price of $1, each unit of jumbo shrimp is priced at $ 2.50 and $ 3.50 per lobster claw. I was asked by the restaurant to write a review from my birthday visit on Sunday for brunch. I was a little disappointed because I thought it was going to be the same setup as was presented on Father’s Day. Additionally, some of the selections they were supposed to have were not on the buffet. I ordered an omelette with the cheese, peppers and ham and the omelette arrived with no ham. When I asked for a slice of the prime rib, it was a hunk of fat that was not edible and the gentleman who placed it on my plate claimed that’s how prime rib is. There were no sauteed haricot verts and no sweet potato corn hash, and no visible sign of spring rolls. The mini Belgian waffles are to die for, and were probably the best part of the visit. The biscuits are wonderful, but the gravy was not visually appealing because it was separating, although tasted good. The lobster mac n cheese was delicious, however no sign of lobster and was not replenished fast enough. I am very picky about shrimp being deveined and when I saw that the ones I selected were not, I could not eat them.
