Customer service surpasses for me the quality. And customer service deserve a 0 for rating. Order and it takes 20 minutes go in pay and wait even more to get your food and by the time to realize what they put as your order is not what you originally ordered. When complain they will not exchange what they put in as wrong. So as a customer that can’t see what they enter as the order are to hold the consequences of their error. And that’s talking to the manager that has the worst customer service I have ever encounter.On top of all this what really you have to be careful is that any order you place over $30 they will request a credit card to be put on file. And the worst they write all this on a notepad with your credit card number expiration date and your card 3 digit security number. This for me is unacceptable, I never returned to their Kendall drive location for their food and this is the last time I will be eating their food at the sunset location.
