TERRIBLE SERVICE. My husband and I used to love going to Outback but since they moved to their new location the service is terrible and the food is not like it used to be. Last time we went I was served the wrong food, given the wrong ticket and one of the waiters even spilled food on me. Every time we needed the waiter we had to flag him down because he was nowhere to be seen. No coffee or desert was offered. I wrote to Outback and complained and they say they will get back to me in about 48 hours, well it’s been like 3 months and no one bother to contact me. What a shame I really liked Outback!
The service has done downhill over the last few months, the quality of the food as well. They consistently got our orders incorrect the last few times we went and brushed if off like it was nothing. Clearly, the allergic reaction can’t be blamed on them. The parking lot is a death trap.
Ho-hum. Uneventful… the steaks are mediocre, the prime rib small and tasteless, the cheeseburgers thin and flat. The quality of the food is comparable to Denny’s or IHOP but at double the price. The staff is attentive and the service fast but the so-so overpriced food makes it easy to pass on.
