This restaurant is the best in Miami. The staffs they r there are so friendly and caring, the food is fantastic. For example I was there with a friend on Wednesday and I had a salad it came out wrong I told the server (Joseph) lest than 30 sec even it was busy the manager (Ricardo) came to the table apologizing to me and even offer to change the salad but I liked it I did not let him change it. When I was finish with my meal he even bought a desert to the table to apologize again, I felt like a king. That was a great experience and I will always go back.
Two excellent meals here. Portions are not small, they are perfect – not the oversized portions of chain restaurants. The focaccia with fresh tomatoes served to every table is wonderful!
I was there on Sunday the 23 for the first time and I was amazed by the service Ricardo was giving to every single person at the bar . I did not like my first plate he apologized to me recommended a plate I really did.enjoyed on top of the good service. The next day I went back for a salmon he recommended me, I couldn’t believed how nice Ricardo was running the show all the waiters are moving fast every body thinking him and making good comment to him about the food and the service while he was talking to me. At night I return to the restaurant for a salad an a glass of wine the service was not the same even it wasn’t really busy. Took me a longtime for my salad asked to speak to the manager, he never showed up and when I was leaving he was in.front of the door with a long face did not even waste my time to tell him about the salad.
