Food is great and service is pretty good too. My problem is the amount of extra charges that will sneak onto your check.
Great food and service. My friend and I had lunch at Sergios today. Just great, seated quickly, our server Claudia was just great, she explained the menu and then we had the Steak with Black Beans, Rice and Maduros, and Chicken with the same sides. Both excellent, huge steak, great tasty chicken. Cannot wait to go back, excellent.
Great food and nice atmosphere. I admit, it can get busy and there may be a bit of a wait but not terrible at all. Service has always been good when I went. Food is great! Daily specials always good, sandwiches excellent … and very reasonably priced! It’s nice to sit outside when it’s not too hot.
Horrible service. Prepare to be profiled and ignored/skipped.
Looks nice but worse service walked in waited 15 mins it was dead we was a part of 3 and a party of 7 walked in servers jumped to help them right away and we was still waiting on getting served till we walked out and they said a server will be right with you horrible service
Like Gourmet food?. Then you have to go there. Best Cuban gourmet restaurant that I have tried. From breakfast to sandwiches to Dinner and the cafecito, a 10+ rating!
Don’t order delivery! It took me an 1 1/2 hour to receive my food. The delivery in this place is awful!
