Wish you were closer. Hi Esther, I was saddened to find out you were no longer at the Sweet Art by Lucila on Pines Blvd. — unfortunately I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Yani. The cake I ordered was done totally wrong and had to go to great lengths, aggravation and inconvenience to have them fix it…. I’ve been a loyal happy satisfied customer for over 11 years and the service or lack thereof I got was unacceptable. Your absence is very much felt. You put so much love into everything you create. It was such a pleasure having you put those blessed hands on the cakes I ordered. One could see the love and most of all taste the love that went into the cakes. Sadly that isn’t the case with the current mgt. at the Pines Blvd location – they have no love or warmth in their hearts and it shows in their cakes. But you are different, always a pleasant demeanour, always with a smile. You are greatly missed. I am pleased to have reconnected with you. Even though it is quite a distance for me I will surely visit you at The Falls location.
