Worse bar in key west. Service is horrible. The bartender at the whistle is beyond deplorable. Drinks are watered down. Don’t go unless you like to be degraded. Bartender was very nasty. Out right rude.

Two must see stops on Duval Street. The Bull claims to be the oldest open air bar in Key West. Go in the afternoon when you can sit and enjoy a good drink, look at the amazing murals showing KW’s history and its most famous residents (Henry Flagler, Mel Fisher, Audobon (Yes, the bird guy), Hemmingway and Tennessee Williams (My personal favorite image on the Bull’s walls), and enjoy Yankee Jack’s music (It has been described as funny, irreverant, risque, sentimental, downright dirty, and always entertaining). Go back at night when the bar is packed with sweaty people drinking (most to excess) and the band is loud and rocking. If the sounds and the humanity overwhelm you, go up on the second floor, get a drink in the Whistle Bar and go out on the balcony to look down on Duval Street. You owe it to yourself to go up on the roof to check out the tourists who are there hoping to see a nudist or two at the clothing optional Garden of Eden. (In my experience, the only nudists at the Garden of Eden are a couple of out of shape naked guys who are trying to chat up the women). The Bull and The Whistle are two must see stops on Duvall Street.
