Hidden surprise! The restaurant is nothing fancy but very clean. The soup and entrees were great and better than Duval street pricing! Enjoy!!
China Garden West. Horrible just gross. No Mia tie no bar Just some beer and wine and they were out of half of it. The crab ragoons had a weird dough covering not a nice wonton. The Lomain was honestly uneatable and tasted nothing like any lomain I have ever had in many chinese places, The service was just ok. Some wierd shrimp toast burnt stuff ewwwww and honestly nothing we had on the pu pu was good. Id rate this place a 1 if that. It said it was rated the best in the keys for chinese and we drove over a half hour from Big Pine to try it,. Guess I will wait to go to NH to eat good chinese again. Not one thing we ordered was good stay clear!!!
Best Chinese food on the island! I recommend this to anyone looking to save a few dollars from the Duval street restaurants, switch it up with this restaurant, it’s only a block away from express.
I come here about once a week to eat with some of my friends. It has the best service in town for a chinese restaraunt. And the best food! Try the shrimp lo mein. Don’t forget the sake:-)
Mediocre Chinese. Normal chinese take-out. Nothing better, nothing worse. If you’re downtown and want some Chinese take-out it is okay, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it. Then again, there is no good asian food on the rock….so I guess it is better than nothing. Avoid the Thai places on the island….all three of them are definitely subpar!
Great tasting food, good sized portions and resonable prices about $8-$15 a meal!
Great food, great service, good prices. Out of the way so it’s not touristy but still downtown.
