A place in Key West with prices similar to the mainland. New York style Chinese food. We both had egg drop soup. Partner had pepper steak. I had chicken broccoli. The food was all prepared as expected. Staff is not good with English, so you must order by the number. Asian staff and patrons.
Not the best American Chinese I’ve had but far from the worst and definitely Chinese people making it at least. I tried the hot n sour soup, Egg foo young, chicken stick, honey chicken, Singapore noodles, and the fried tofu vegetable. Everything was above average to fairly good. A little pricey for this type of food but it is near downtown in the tourist area. The inside was nice and people were friendly. The egg foo young didn’t look that good but it actually has a good taste. The honey chicken now surpassed my son’s usually orange chicken he usually gets everywhere else. The hot n sour was a lot better than many I’ve had. I’d probably go back here again if I was in the area.
