Very expensive average food. Nice environment but food is way over-priced and average at best. Not enough breakfast options. Breakfast wrap was sopping wet and fell apart. Bagels are OK.
Great stop for a smoothie or a healthy meal. Clean eating at its best in Key West
Rooraff. Great gluten free wrap. Fresh organic food. Yummy natural smoothies! If you’re looking for healthy alternatives, this is the place.
Incredible local flavor. The only organic market and cafe on the island. Randesh cuts the finest coconuts on the island. Talk to him about coconuts.
Expensive but DELICIOUS. I worked in Key West last summer and found it really nice to be able to order from Help Yourself, when all of my co-workers were ordering burritos and Asian food every day. Help Yourself has a lot to choose from. I really like the salads and wraps. I highly recommend it!
Delicious!. We checked this place out because it was organic. What we found was heaven. Charlie and staff serve up an amazing menu of delicious, healthy fares. We were served the Tropical Green smoothie which was yummy. Then my wife had the Breakfast wrap an I had the Power Bowl. Best oatmeal I’ve ever had! We shared both and vowed to make this a regular place to eat when we visit Key West again.
Breakfast is good but that is it. I have been there twice so far. The french toast was good (very skimpy though), the smoothy was also good (albeit very sweet). I came for dinner around 6ish, the staff seemed pre-occupied with other things and did a subpar job of tending to my order. If you to helo yourself, stick to breakfast.
