Lady taking order was miserable…hates her life
Slow, poor service.. Don’t get me wrong dunkin is my favorite coffee but this dunkin has slow service and they cannot make good iced coffee. They overload it with cream and too much flavor. The staff is not friendly. This dunkin always runs out of stock. They have been out of wraps and crescent rolls. This dunkin needs and overhaul. Since this is the only chain coffee place in key west they need to step it up.
