Ate dinner with a party of 4 and sat outside. Service was average, food was mostly average but prices are high. Waiter wasn’t knowledgeable about the menu. Blackened mahi mahi was decent but roasted chicken was pretty boring. Not a terrible spot but not a place we will seek out on a return visit.

Service was the pits. The food was decent but the service was the pits, we ordered a bottle of wine and appetizer upon arrival and our waiter was proding us to order our entre at the same time, we waited until we got our bottle of wine and had adequate time to look over the menu, but after ordering our waiter disappeared. it actually wasn’t very busy and they had plenty of open tables so not sure, about 40minutes later our waiter shows up to apologize so he knew he left us hanging. by that point nobody even stopped by to even ask how things were. for the price you are better off going to latitudes where you get better fare and service for sure with a real amazing view. We sat for quite sometime waiting on our actual bill, was at the point of going back to the hostess to ask for our waiter or snagging another.

I love duck and get it often when ever I see it on a menu and crispy duck at the grand caf surpassed all expectations and by far is the best duck dish I have ever had. Five stars all the way

My husband and I went here for dinner twice during our short trip to Key West. It was one of the few classy resturants in town. Their location is fabulous, right off Duval Street. The service was excellent and both nights our waiters were great. The scallops were delicious and the key lime pie is the best in town. We will definitely eat here next time we are in Key West.

Way way overpriced, $8.99 for a side salad at lunch? Ridiculous

We went there my fianc and I for our anniversary on our last night in town. The atmosphere was amazing. We chose to eat inside because it was hot and loud outside. Our waitress was Jessica from Tampa. We order an appetizer of Crab legs. It was delicious next we ordered a nice Blush bottle of wine recommended by manager, which was divine. My fianc ordered the chef special of a 4oz lobster tail with 4oz filet 3 shrimp and cheese ravioli with large portabella mushrooms. My fianc was hungry so he upgraded the filet to an 8oz. The filet was amazing and cooked to perfection of medium, just how we like it. The filet was so juicy and tender. I ordered the snapper with asparagus and creamed potatoes. The snapper was slightly dry but still delicious. We topped off the night with an amazing blueberry cheesecake. The cheese cake was so good, we ordered one to go. I would so eat here again. The service was amazing and so was the food.

First sign of a bad restaurant? A rude hostess. Just like an earlier reviewer, we asked to be seated at a certain table bc there were TONS of empty tables. It was 10pm so it was well past the dinner rush and literally every other table next to the sidewalk had 2 people only. The hostess went to a different table and when we asked if we could have the other table she rolled her eyes, grunted, and tossed our menus down. So we left. Seriously these restaurants in this part of town don’t care about repeat customers so they don’t have to provide quality. If they don’t care about how the customers are treated then it’s likely they have low standards for the food they serve. All you have to do is walk off Duval a block or walk to the southern end of Duval and you will have a better experience.
