Must first admit a bias as friends own and run Kelly’s. Started by the celebrated actress from Top Gun and her husband Fred, Kelly’s is both a historical place and a great place to dine in the garden breezes of Key West. Great bar with their own brewery, the food is a Caribbean flair. We have had big group dinners and meeting here over the years. Our dear friend Chuck Bryant manages Kelly’s and looks after every detailGreat place to cruise into and have tapas and a drink. Big parties, Kelly’s is one of a handful of restaurants in the Keys that can handle it with confidence. Yes, we are biased and it is because they have taken care of us for nearly 16 years. This was the original Pan-American ticket office. They have some cool old memorabilia around the place. This is one of the few places that have a happy hour every day(4-7), $3-4 margarita. The food was good not great. Outside or inside seating so depending other the weather take your pick.
Ordered 4 meals, got 3. Fourth meal arrived after everyone else finished. Food was average and high priced. Definitely a place to pass by.

Will not ever return or recommend. Sat down at 11:25. First customers outside for lunch. waited 40 minutes to get a Cobb salad, smoked salmon Eggs Benedict and spaghetti and meatballs for the kids. When the food arrived, meatballs were still frozen.
Disappointing – just ordered appetizer – calamari – frozen food fried up. In a place that is abundant with fresh food – shouldn’t have to eat frozen
The pork tostadas and wings are perfect pairing to the key lime margarita!
