I started with the Baked Oysters- they were very good, bchamel sauce along with the spinach were very fresh. My partner had the French Onion Soup, which he said was mediocre. The whipped butter with focaccia bread were good.We then shared a Caesar Salad – the dressing and croutons appear to be made in house and the salad was good. Good ratio of salad dressing. For my main course I had the Spaghetti de Pompadour – pasta was al dente, but was way too sweet for my taste. My partner had the Pasta du Jour which was Bolognese – he described it as okay at best, too sweet and commented that it’s supposed to be pasta not dessert. For dessert I had the hot brownie with vanilla ice cream – this was perhaps the best part of the meal, as I was in sore need of anything but, an other slice of Keylime pie. The brownie was great, hot, gooey and chocolatey, however the ice cream was mediocre. My partner had the mango crme brle, which he likewise thought was the best part of his meal.We drank soda and water.Though the bartender/waitress was very good, this place was definitely not worth $130!

Stayed at the hotel. Had breakfast each morning which was good. Husband had a shrimp cocktail once while waiting on me to get ready for dinner, he said the shrimp were excellent but the cocktail sauce was so, so. Had drinks one evening. I had a Key Lime Pie Martini which was delicious. Husband just had Makers on the rocks. Drinks and food feel a little over priced. Restaurant is a bit nicer than most in Key West.
