Service getting worse. Lunchtime. Around noon is not a good time to go to this popular downtown eatery, but this week was the worst. After being seated with menus ignored for at least 15 minutes. No attention at all. Not even a glance. We left very dismayed
Good Pizz!. I agree with others that the service can be improved, but the pizza was delicious. We ordered an extra large for 4 adults and 1 child and it was more than enough…….
I don’t know whether it’s because they were short on people or their service is just out right ROTTEN. My father and I came here for the first time. There was another couple that came in with us. First it looked like no one was working, then it took over 15 minutes to take a drink order after we were seated (we chose to sit outside). Keep in mind it was a Sunday, but it appeared to be a light crowd. Another 15 minutes passed to take our regular order, two salads then a large pizza. Waited over 35 minutes before I went in to complain. Server stated they were short staffed. Remember I mentioned the couple that came in with us? They were already served and half way through their meal. By the way during this time NO ONE and I mean NO ON checked on us to see if we needed a refill. After another 15 minutes, no salad, no food. We left… Absolutely horrible experience!!
First walking in my girlfriend and I waited for about 10 minutes before being asked if were being helped then afterwards a server took us to a table. After waiting another 10 minutes the server came back over and said I’m sorry but this seat is actually taken , and asked us to move. We kindly moved, then a server came over to finally ask us for our order. Another 10 minutes passed and my gf salad came out she specifically asked for chicken on her salad and did she get that no! I asked for sweet tea and what did I get unsweet tea! Food so far is good but service is absolutely horrible! We both have been to 5 star restaurants down to small mom and pops restaurants but this is the worst I’ve ever been to! This team is totally unorganized and will never earn my business again nor any of my friends!
Going there since they opened, dine in, price a little high but worth it. Now that they established quality down. Owner working kitchen that day didn’t bother to deal with complaint, server avoided our table apparently not knowing what to say. Not worth the money to go back!
Excellent Pizza, Price and Service. We actually were headed to a chain pizza restaurant which we were having trouble finding. We had stopped to review our directions and even enlisted the help of a wonderful Kissimmee police officer who just happened to be nearby. He recommended this locally owned pizza place as a better option and we were just steps away from it. The pizza was way better than the chain pizza place could ever be and our server, Kayla, was attentive, fun, and outstanding. Our dinner for a family of five was very reasonable and gave us the service and price-relief we were looking for in the very hectic and touristy Orlando area. We love finding excellent and locally owned restaurants like this one in our travels.
