Bad bad bad. My family and I were visiting Orlando on vacation an thought we would try some of the local out of the way places. This place shot my adventurousness for the rest of the trip and spawned a new rule…. never eat at a place next to a porno shop.On the good side we were seated quickly which could have been because there were only two tables out of 20 occupied.I say seated but more a friendly wave to pick a table was given when we walked in.The waitress was friendly but that is where the good times ended. It took about 5 minutes to before she came to order drinks, about 10 minutes later she came back and since we had plenty of time to look at the menu we ordered a couple appetizers. Then came the 20 minute wait until we got anything to eat, my young son was getting upset he was so hungry. During this time the table to next to us got up to complain of how long their wait had been.A few minutes later that tables food showed up and shortly after our appetizers, we were now at 35 minutes.Right off the bat I knew we should have eaten at Wendy’s.Everything tasted as if it was frozen and heated up, tough and rubbery. One of the sauces was nothing but Thousand Island dressing and the other basic tartar sauce. We were starving at this point but not really enjoying it.It was another 30 minutes until our food arrived, during that time I heard the other table complaining about how bad everything tasted. We are now over an hour into our wait when our meals show up, they forgot some of my wife’s order which took another 15 minutes to arrive but at this point my expectations were pretty low.My sandwich had around 5 tablespoons of mayo on it and maybe 5 slices of pre-packaged lunch meat with about three slices of pre-packaged cheese and a couple glob’s of dry hamburger meat or something. My son’s food was nothing more than frozen fried food and while my wife’s meal tasted the best of the three it was so basic I thought we could have cooked it in about 10 minutes at home.In total we spend just under 2 hours and left with a $50+ bill feeling like we ate cheap greasy food (which is actually what I think we ate).Avoid this place unless someone has a gun to your head then only after you decide how much you like your head try this it out.

My first time coming to this restaurant, the staff is really friendly and helpful, they give mariquitas on the house wich their awesome, i had a ham and cheese sandwich and my husband a cuban sandwich both of them were amazing! One of the best sandwiches ive tasted in kissimmee fl, We also had the sorullitos! They were delicious!.. Is a really nice place to go with the family and have a great lunch or dinner is worth the money. Really clean rest and awesome food cant beat that! 100% recommended.. 🙂 we will coming back any time we can.. Try it out!..

Service was good, food not so good!. Visited Cilantrillo on Wednesday, June 20th, 2012 for lunch. The place was empty. We were greeted amd seated pomptly. The menu was simple enough; however, we wanted to try their daily lunch specials. My husband had Chuleta a la Jardinera with arroz con gandules and I had white rice, red beans and fried chuletas. We were served fried plantains with mayo-ketchup sauce and it was delicious. That’s where we should had stop. The rices were old, re-heated and luke warm; the chuletas were fair; however, my fried pork chops were too thick and they tasted like fried fish. The fried pork chops were dry and hard. The server was friendly, polite and very professional and warm.Would we go back? Unfortunately no. The food was not good at all.
