Bad Customer Service, Never Again!!!. Some one needs to tell Don Rafa that he needs to have a talk with his employees about customer service and conversation skills. Because you sit your self in the bar you can assume your there to drink alcoholic beverage. I went tonight to have dinner and I was very disappointed. I think maybe if I was Dominican the treatment will be better. Anyway, the food is not that great. Funny thing I was meeting with some friend, a group of twelve and we ended up in another restaurant.
NOT BLACK PEOPLE FRIENDLY!!!!!. The Owner plus his slaves are rude as hell,they’re all very unprofessional. be more open minded. and if anyone is looking for a nice spanish place to eat….DON’T go there. Go somewhere where people treat people nice. this place is full of bitter people.also they time you…you have 45 minutes to eat….you pay with your hard working money,so that people time you?!?!? horrible experience.

The worst service ever! The owner which is the cashier is rude to everbody ! It makes ppl feel like he is giving free food away so he can treat ppl rude ! I went today and he was yelling to each person who was entering i work 5 minutes from there and im not going back ever again and i will make sure none of my coworkers go there
BEST LATIN FOOD BEFORE.. I visit the restaurant many years ago and is the best of all around in puertorrican foods. Now, in this times is not the same. Many of the food that i like it’s not in. Drinks are expensive. Many things has changed, I believe that is not the same administration, including that you have to pay the buffet before eating ! I HOPE THAT SOME DAY IT BEGIN TO SET AS BEFORE.
A taste of Puerto Rico… This quaint little place tucked away in Kissimmee is a gem waiting to be discovered for lovers of traditional Puerto Rican food. Hidden in a tiny little strip mall off of 192 it may be a little hard to get to but well worth the trip. The food is prepared in the most authentic manner that I have seen outside of the Island itself, the whole roasted pig, stewed chicken, and the rice and beans are as good as you can get. reasonably priced entrees and less than 10$ and a lunch buffet offering you a sample of all they have for around the same. The service is untraditional…. I was greeted by a woman who didnt speak english , but was as nice as you can be, offered to show me what each item was and continued to tell me what I should and shouldnt have! it was like eating with my aunt 🙂 character, amazing food, great prices, and great people. what more can you want? I suggest you eat there imediately …
