Yeehaw!. First off… I’m An Ex Yankee,Now A FL Rebel For 25 Yrs. I love Fat Boys. I Have To Eat here ea time i come to The Disney Area.If U Like Bar- B-Q,U Will Def Like Fat Boys. I’ve Eaten Here on My Trips To Kissimmee,And Had To Hit Again Before We Headed out Of Town. I Was Really Dissapointed We Missed Bkfst By 20 mins. But I love Q so I had Lunch Food. I Love The Bar B-Q Beef and Pork Sandwiches,But I went off my Cardiac/Diabetic Diet Big Time while In Cen FL,So I was A Good Boy,and Had Chicken Breast. It was Very Lightly Seasoned,And Was Delicious,(i Did Cheat and Put a lil Honey Bar B-Q Sauce on it,Which Was Great!) The Portion of Breast Was A Little Small,but certainly was enough,came with cole slaw,which was the most dissapointing. The cole slaw ,a must with Q and a staple of bar b- Q joints in the south was very dry. The Sweet Potato Was Delicious,(try it With Cinnamon Butter,Yum.). It’s Amazing Something As Simple As Potatoes,Sweet Or Baked,(and Pasta too) How Many Restaurants Screw up,This was PERFECT.. You Can Add Salad Bar,and Soup For 2.75 Def Worth it. The Clam Chowder was Home Made Deliciuos,and Full Of Clams,Took Some Home. The Entrees Comevwith Garlic Bread Instead Of The Ol’staple Texas toast. Bread is; a no no carb for this diabetic,especially 2 pieces,ah well. It was delicious! The service was the biggest drawback,on this trip to Fat Boys. They are always busy,but the service was slow,and the waitress,not only was inattentive,she had a serious attitude. The coffee was awful,the ice tea ,southern comfort perfect. I saw another diner eating,Cocunut Cream Pie, which i can only guess from the empty plate must have been really good,i was just to stuffed to sample it. Price wise ,Fat Boys is decently price. I would have as i stated previously eaten breakfast,For dinner the price is good,for Lunch it was a little pricey. 20-25 percent less,or more portion i would have been happier,.But i still love this place ! $25.for 2 for lunch a lil high compared to other restaurants but for q fat boys is still one of the best.
