Worst experience EVER. This place is a joke. We order a 20 inch pizza and they deliver two hours later and thr pizza is cold as if it came out of a fridge! I told the delivery driver and he said he would be back with a fresh pizza. He took the money and left. Hour later he hasnt returned, I call to see whats going on and all they could say is we werent aware of bringing you another pizza. EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR IT!! Best they could do well we can bring it tomorrow we just finished cleaning up and are now closed. WHERES MY DAMN MONEY?!? And thr lle girl who answers the phone is rude as hell. Unprofessional.

Lately every time we have gone, we gotten a nasty attitude from the cashier. The girl with the piercings. I have worked customer service for over 10 years so this just upsets. We thought the first time okay maybe she’s just having a bad day. I get it we all have those days. But no it has been constant. Overall I love this place but bc of this girl’s poor attitude I decide not to ever go again until they find a cashier employee with a better attitude.

I have been going to this place for years and the girl with the rings in her lip has no customer service skills this lady completely gave me an attitude and I asked a question and she told me not to argue with her I called the owner and he completely blew me off saying the girl that was working before her made some mistakes and she was upset but he hadnt had a problem with her in 7 years wooooow great customer service. Bad enough they dont clean the kitchen very well and employee hygiene is not at their best. I like the pizza but the customer service is terrible and the owner is no help I wont spend another dime in this place or my family or my friends this girl screaming at me and the owner says he hasnt had a problem with her in 7 years well the reviews says different.
Good Eats. There’s a young man there now that makes pizza, he rocks making pizza and his manners are on point wih the customers. The young girl at the register with the rings on her lips has poor customer service & her attitude when speaking to the other employees sucks big time & she doesn’t care who’s in there eating! I think I’ll be offering that young man that makes the pizza now a job, he’s valuable and he deserves to be in a better place!!!!
Worst costumer service. Be carefull wit what you get !! place an order for delivery and got a different order. spoke with manager and he stated next order was on them for the mess.called weeks later and was told the owner overrided.so if you want to get a surprise order from a cheap owner go ahead……
4 dollar specials include 2 slices of pizza & soda. Love it.
Decent. I enjoy good NY style pizza, and Mikey’s did alright. The crust was thin and flavorful and the sauce and cheese were decent. It didn’t blow me away but it was enjoyable and very fairly priced. I will go back until I find a pizza joint I like better.
