We went with a party of 15 and each of us was thrilled with the service, the food was incredible, and the atmosphere was comfortable and inviting.
We are new to the area so we stopped by and tried the resturant. We both enjoyed our appetizer and our meals. The service was excellent and the prices were very reasonable for our first visit. We will go back again!! Nice Italian Resturant.!!
Lost our business tonight forever!. I am sad to say that I didn’t get to eat here. I will never ever try to go back. I knew this restaurant had been a fixture in Kissimmee so I bought a restaurant.com certificate to go out to eat there. We tried several times to go there but since they do not open until 4pm it was not possible until tonight. So we went tonight where we were informed that our restaurant.com certiificate would not be honored even though it never expires according to the certificate. They told us to go back to restaurant.com to get a refund. WOW. I guess they do not want me to come to their restaurant because they make enough off of tourists. You WIN! We will NOT come back. How much would a 10% discount for our aggravation (or ANY offer of ANYTHING) have really cost your company ? We are very easy going people and normally when companies have an issue with a place like restaurant.com they do something to mitigate the situation instead of just complaining about restaurant.com Wishing you success without our patronage.
The food is very good but if you are in a hurry this is not your stop. There is a long wait for food after ordering.
Great food, wonderful service. Went based on other reviews while we were in vacation and we weren’t disappointed. Pasta, veal, pizza and seafood – all terrific!!
Great service and good food. We had an amazing server and very good food. The desserts weren’t quite worth the calories, but that’s personal opinion. The shrimp in my pasta was phenomenally fresh and the bread and pesto oil served as a complimentary appetizer was absolutely delicious. I give it an A overall.
Went a few weeks ago and was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Waited 20 minutes to place a drink order to start off, waiter brings undercooked food to which we were berated for sending it back. Entree comes out incomplete and incorrectly prepared. Again berated by waiter, and manager. Needless to say didn’t stay for desert. Rudest staff I’ve ever been served (if you call it service) by, undercooked food, and management with attitude made sure we’ll never go back, or ever recommend them. There’s plenty of other, better options.
