I used to love these bagels but I was there 2 weeks ago and bought sesame bagels, my favorite. Well they were not the same as i was used to. The seeds were sparse and fell off into the plastic bag very quickly. I bought sesame bagels but I ended up with plain. Somebody goofed.. The quality is down. I hope you find your way back to the excellent products you began with.

Just plain BAD. I was so excited to see a place that had good home type bagels in my area of The Villages, FL! I was told by a friend about the Lady Lake location. I don’t get back to Brooklyn often and was really looking forward to the experience! WHAT A LET DOWN! Rude employees and burned bagels! The guy that took my order seemed to be completely clueless and was not very nice. What I can only assume was the manager by his uniform appeared to be taking complaints from customers in the dining area. When I FINALLY got my order the bagel was burned. I don’t mean a little well done. It was DARK AND CRUNCHY! Never again. Apparently if you want a Brooklyn bagel you need to go to Brooklyn after all!
Yummy. I eat about 4 times a week here, the poppy seed bagel, which is my favorite, is the best I have had in Florida. The low fat cream cheese is the best I have ever had anywhere. I would only change the drink prices about 50 cents, $2.00 for a small cold drink is a tad steep.
I would pay to eat a dunkin bagel before you could pay me to eat here again!! These bagels are horrible, over rated and over priced 50 bucks to feed a family of four at a bagel shop. Then the eggs are microwaved; McDonald’s even puts there eggs on a grill and you won’t pay 50$ to feed your family! The service is slow and there is a man who is in a constant panic running around the store; a real nut house! The bagels are tasteless some burnt and some under cooked! Bad BAD BAD!!!!!!!!
Decent Bagel!!! Not many good bagels in Florida so this franchise claims to use NY water that they ship in and also sell by the bottle. Bagel is still not quite a NY bagel but still pretty good for Florida. I used to own a bagel store in NJ so I know a good bagel. Probably as close to a NY bagel as you can get in Florida.
