The food here was good. The atmosphere needs a lot of help. Lighting is too bright and can’t be adjusted since most are CFL bulbs. Music is coming from a single speaker in the middle of the room and sounds ‘tinny’ if you can here it. Service needs a lot of help as well. The servers are friendly but it took us asking a couple of times for napkins and silverware even after getting appetizers.

Everything was great! Service was very fast and friendly! Food was delicious!
Always great, every time.
Terrible experience!. The waitress approached our table after sitting there for more than 5 minutes to get our order. I have no idea why because there was very few people there eating, so she wasn’t busy. Took our order, and didn’t see her again. No check, no refills, and the food was very bad. I ordered a chimichanga and the guy cashing us out tried to charge me for 3! Are you kidding? After arguing with him, and not understanding the language he responded in, I got it fixed. We will not be going back.I can honestly say this is the worst place to eat in Lake City.
Disappointed. I had passed on this restaurant for some time because I had not heard much public comment on it. I can see why. The service was satisfactory but the food left much to be desired. I visited with a friend on a Thursday night about 7 p.m.I ordered a super beef burrito, only to find it stuffed with ground beef, what tasted like canned refried beans and bland rice. I found it difficult to find any mexican flair at all as it was sitting on a bed of a brown gravy. It had only the slightest hint of cilantro in the few tomato bits that covered the top and rather than the creamy white queso cheese most mexican restaurants are famous for, I had a few bits of grated cheddar mixed with my shredded lettuce. Taco Bell is more creative with their food. The salsa served with the chips had no flavor or bite at all. It was nothing more than mushed up tomatoes (I suspect canned). We added some hot sauce to it just to give us a hint of mexican flavor. The chips also had a bit of an aftertaste. My friend ordered beef enchiladas and food was plentiful but the rice was mushy, had a very slight tomatoey flavor but nothing resembling even a spanish rice. It was obvious no seasonings of any kind were used. Her meal did have a red sauce, but again, very, very bland and boring. And a bottle of ketsup at the table? What? I will not be returning to this establishment.
