Wondering what is going on there.. I went on a Saturday (2/23/13) and then a week later on Monday (3/4/13).Saturday-The cook added onions to my husbands hash browns (it was not on the ticket) ,our food was cold, and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. The patrons a table over from us didn’t have their food order called out by the same server that we had. They had waited a good while and finally it was noticed that she forgot to call it out to the cooks. I don’t understand why the other server scolded that waitress in front of all the patrons to hear instead of making it right with the customer and dealing with that issue behind a closed office door. I found that very unprofessional. Monday- Met up with my other party and we ordered our meal.There were 4 of us. The food took to long and the All Star eggs were overcooked, drinks during meal wasn’t offered (it was before we ordered food though), a different server brings out our food and doesn’t bring syrup for the waffle. I was never offered a refill nor was my daughter. The other two from my party was there 20 minutes prior to my arrival and had received refills. The check was dropped at the table within minutes of the arrival of the meal. Instead of making patrons feel rushed that they wait before dropping off the check and ask if maybe the patrons would like to add something before leaving the check.The Jute Box music was extremely loud and annoying. Hard to have conversations at our table with it blaring. We were told it couldn’t be adjusted. (First Waffle house to tell us that). I would have unplugged it to satisfy the customers personally. I will be checking in with management on that.Our server left before we were done and her $8.00 tip was given to another waitress TO GIVE to our server (she promised she would make sure she gave it to her first thing @ 6 am) and per my phone call with our waitress around lunch time she had NOT received her tip from the blonde waitress with the pony tail.
