Don’t waste your time. Lost all respect for this place tonight seems as if this place is getting to busy for there own good. There is no attention to detail and they blame it on being to busy, hire more people-slow down. I ordered 2 steak Stromboli’s and chicken parmigiana roll. Needless to say didn’t get anything right. When I called they said we are busy, sorry. To many Italian places out there that want business and don’t say we are to busy. Be humble maybe less is better 15 years in Lake Mary and when it was less it was 10000 times better. When I called I got hung up on they said they were to busy.
My go to for non-delivery. We have been twice. Great customer service and tasty food. We will continue to go back for real, non-chain restaurant, pizza.
New Yorker who knows pizza. I don’t know where some of these bad reviews came from. ( highly impressed with their pizza and other menu items). Staff is very friendly and greets you and says thank you. Very good prices and i see alot of the same people when i returned, a second time. Locals know where the good food places are. This is one of them
Mediocre Pizza bottom barrel service.. It’s been 8 months since I’ve been due to the horrible service, especially when the pizza is on the same level as pizza hut. Said I would give them a second chance since I’ve been going since 2003 when I first moved to Sanford and it was owned by an Italian family plus I’m 8 months prego and was starving. Went to put in a to go order for pizza greeted by the cook which is a actually normal and much appreciated and proceeded to approach the register where the young girl with dark hair was standing to take orders refused to acknowledge me with a smile or hello. So I greeted her with a hello and asked if they have lunch specials for slices, with a blank uninterested face the hostess answers no. Okay well then follow up with the specials you do offer, but obviously I was too much of a bother. I told her forget it and just turned and walked out. I then drove 15 min to River Walk Pizza 15 min away. Which was worth my time and to them my money was appreciated! Won’t waste my time or money on a small business that I go out of my way to spend money at that treats me like I’m a bother.
I tried their pizza and it was extremely underwhelming. The crust tasted pre-cooked and like cardboard. The cheese tasted fake and was greasy. Overall the pizza was comparable to Little Caesar’s. I would have actually enjoyed Little Caesar’s over Dalli’s pizza.
Won’t go back. It’s was our first visit and maybe the last. My husband ordered a slice of cheese pizza to sample . It was good but not a favorite . The sauce is a darker acidic sauce . There are so many dishes that are greasy and fried. Antipasto salad was iceberg lettuce with a small roll of lunch meat and bottled dressing , nothing special . The regular pasta sauce is very tart an acidic . The soup was very good, fresh cheese sticks, large portion but greasy $ 9.00. I will not deviate from the truly home made Italian dishes at Papa Joe’s . I do not live in Lake May but we are there every week . We have dinner at least 2 days a week in Lake Mary.
First few times we enjoyed it for a local cheap Italian meal but the staff is inexperienced and the meal quality is mediocre. Not sure if anyone there is even Italian. Disappointed.
