  I’ve Had Better!. I will only write about the crepe and tea as that is what I had and it wouldn’t be fair to judge the entire store based on the two items I’ve had. As the others items could’ve been ok but I just didn’t try it. I had a sweet crepe and i must say when I eat sweet crepes, no matter what fruit or sweet filling is used, it always had a caramelized glaze to it holding everything together. Unfortunately, these did not taste up to par. It was more on the watery side and I’ve tried a second crepe and overly sweet. Ordered a tea as well and the flavor sounded amazing but the tea was bland. I had to sweeten it myself and it still wasn’t good enough. All in all I’ve had better and so can you. If you plan to go here for tea or crepes, I would go elsewhere as it’s also in an area with people with ALOT of money who may not cook as much so this may taste great to this who don’t know how to cook or don’t cook often. But if you have taste buds, then trust me when I say, go elsewhere. Overpriced too.

  I have been visiting your restaurant for years. On the weekends the services turns to crap. We are made to wait for water more than 10 minutes after we order at a time for an example. This has happened 4 weekends in a row and does not get better. I’m going to complain so you either fix it. You should not be open if you cannot give proper customer service. I really enjoy the food and used to love going even told all my friends. To try and give a feed back I walked out and no one cared and when I called the girl was very sarcastic and rude. She might be a relative if not you should fire her.

  Breakfast Sat 9.30am. Clean and well presented restaurant with top quality produce and helpful staff unfortunately because of its popularity the kitchen and staff had a problem coping. The food was under cooked and barely warm, the waitress had to cope with 30 plus covers so service suffered. I would love to return when the above problems have been solved.

  Scrumptious. I am very fuzzy with eating out, but I walked into 407 Caf and immediately noticed the cleanliness visibly and in the air. The food was scrumptious, just like advertise in the menu, no camera ready stuff. This is real, what you see is what you get. The service unbelievable, servers go beyond what I expected to accommodate me. Cant wait to go back.

  Panini’s were good, a bit pricey tho. The olive oil around the plate as a garnish I can do without, the bottom of my panini was covered in olive oil because if it. My only compliant was service. It took 15 mins to get drinks for my children and I and our good took 45 mins (3 paninis) on top of it, our kids meal was the wrong one but we decided to keep it because we couldn’t wait another 45 mins got a new one. If I could say one thing to the owner it’s this: you’re letting kids run your money. These servers don’t have experience and it seems like there was no one to supervise them, or the business. The servers need training and the operation needs help. The food is good but if the service lacks its not a good deal.

  It was expensive and bland. No flavor and no sides with the sandwiches. Definitely won’t be going back.
