Stopped here while traveling based on Trip Advisor reviews. What a horrible waste of precious time. The sandwich – a hot Italian – was ok. But a 45 minute wait is ridiculous. An order seemed to appear every 10 minutes. Will not be returning.

I have been eating at the new Chef Buddies since it opened. I also was a regular at the old one. The sandwiches are quality as well as anything else on the menu. Just waiting for more Italian sesame cookies!
Every time we come to Lake Placid we have to make a stop at Chef Buddy’s. They recently updated their menu and we love it as much as we did the first time!
Pastrami with coleslaw is the best combo ever! I love the Badabing Sandwich. Cannoli’s are to die for as well.
We ordered dinner to take home, everything was delicious – we would definitely eat there again. Clean, courteous and oh do good!
