This is a good little hole in the wall. There is a great special on Sundays. Remember to bring cash because they don’t take cards.
so, ok, the beer is cheap. and the food is ok, but not great. the service is adequate. but they’ve been here since 1971 and next to nothing has been here that long!
food is good but its all fried. Fish is the best. Mostly over 65 crowd, and stories are good to listen to.
Place could use some cleaning. Menu items are few. Typical hamburgers, chili dogs and fried fish. Establishment only accepts cash or checks. Good place to hang out and have a beer.
Interesting little dive. Pretty dingy decor with very uncomfortable chairs. The whitefish I had was almost tasteless, shrimp were pretty good. French fries with the platter were the best thing served. Very limited menu. Probably won’t go there again.
Burgers are smaller. Fish on bun a lot smaller. Burger and fried were good but not as good as it use to be. My husband said the tap beer is still good also the chili dogs are good. Friendly staff and good service.
