I’ve been to this location several times and it has always sucked! Staff comes and goes, I don’t want to drive all the way to winter haven. Who ever owns this franchise, please get together!

Rude bartender. Was in on tuesday night after 10pm, barely anyone there. we sat at the bar,waited to get our drinks in(tea and bottled water) it appeared that since we were not drinking liquor we fell off the radar. three people came in behind us,bartender makes their drinks while we still wait. then they get an appetizer while we are still waiting for our drinks. This was not the first time this bartender was rude to us.We were there a month ago and he spilled beer on my wife and did not as much say boo. He just looked as if we were in his way and moved on.. At this point we have given this place enough chances….not going back. BTW, we are solid 20-25% tippers…

Very bad service. This has the typical Chili’s menu, which is good, but the service at this particular outlet has gone from bad to worse. The loud-mouth bartender is obnoxious and rude…she needs to go away. Will not go back to that outlet. Go to Winter Haven…much friendlier!
