The atmosphere was casual/nautical. All of the food seemed to be made from scratch but was kind of a hit and miss with me. The coconut shrimp were a bit bland and chewy and the gumbo was absolutely fantastic. The scallops were a bit over cooked but still good. They had good side options as well. I had red potatoes which were great and fried spinach. It was interesting to say the least and I still am not sure if I liked it or not. Good place to stop by if you are craving gumbo.
Really good place for fresh fish or one of the best burgers around. Visually it may turn off some people but service and food is all great. Really busy at lunch and dinner.
I ate at the Crazy Fish in June 2015 & loved everything about my meal – including the fried spinach, which others have panned. It’s an unusual & quirky side dish, but I enjoyed it. I agree with other reviews – you would pass this place by if you were unaware – but my Uncle who lives locally took me there. The atmosphere inside is fun. I look forward to going back again.
