The food is fine, and basically what you’d expect from a place like this. Service can be slow though servers very friendly. Outside seating is also nice for bringing your dog. My problem with Dave’s is same complaint I have with almost every other restaurant on or near the beach: so much single-use plastic! Dave’s serves up the beverages in white plastic cups, the kind emblazoned with the logo. I don’t understand why so many businesses along the ocean use this stuff, especially since over the past couple of decades there’s steady increase in all kinds of plastic debris along the beach. It’s pretty sad when the community won’t set a good example. This includes Dave’s.
