Fresh French macaroons! Just when I had begun to accept that Palm Beach has a much lower standard for culinary excellence than its disposable income warranted, I found this place. From the moment you open the door, it’s clear to see White Apron fills the gap in Palm Beach Real Food/Slow Food eateries. A real muffaletta sandwich with pickled vegetables, pressed meats and bread reminiscent of Central Grocery. A case filled with exquisite appetizers ready for a picnic. (see photos) This is a new permanent stop for me during the Mounts Mother’s Day Garden Tours. Now I just need an excuse to hire their caterer side!
