Not that good. The Cuban was barely passable. They do not use real pork. It’s just lunch meat. I’ll give credit for a decent bread that has the cracking crust you expect with good Cuban bread. The restaurant does not look that clean, and the owners, I presume, don’t really seem to care if you come in or not. I won’t go back. The restaurant name does not stand up to its claim!
Best Cuban in Florida. I love Cuban sandwiches and have tried many places, but this restaurant serves quite possibly the best Cuban in Florida. Don’t be fooled by my words or other people’ negative reviews, find out yourself.
Avoid Chicken & Yellow Rice. Absolutely the worst yellow rice I have ever eaten.Apparently it was frozen and they microwaved it.There was nothing cuban or yellow about it. Lumpy, gloppy, pale mush with pieces of dark meat mixed in. No beans or side. 4 big pieces of buttered bread. $13.00 for two plates and 1 iced tea. I could not even finish it. Sadly I had my mother with me who is from Cuba. I did see 3 couples come in and order Cubans, so maybe the sandwiches are ok. It would be better if they did not try to do hot food at all. Won’t return to try the sandwiches.
