Its a bit pricey, a little messy, noisy, but the options are a plenty. The option for lettuce wraps is clever, the best however…the oreo desert, my new weakness
Be careful with cross contamination while cooking. The chefs rotate the food over the cooking surface which leads to seafood mixing with others etc. this happened to me on a recent trip. I had shrimp in my dinner to which I am allergic. Pricy so so food.
Needs work; grill is too hot and lack of water / stock while cooking leaves a singed mess of undercooked noodles. Chicken fingers are the cheap processed nuggets all the fast food places are getting rid of. Pot stickers have over dried wrappers and cold dumpling sauce. Great place, but the chefs need to go watch how this stuff is made by actual Chinese chefs. For the price, the menu offerings need to step up.
This place rocks from food to service. Prices are proper. Food is fresh, Cooks are entertaining. Our server was right there for us, She made sure we understood the concept. She refilled our drinks before we finished them..Outstanding all around.
Worth it!. Me and my wife went for the first time and it was WELL worth it. I will agree with some of the other reviews when it comes to the waitresses. They could have been more personable, but mine was OK. The two guys at the grill ROCKED! You can choose as many item to go into your bowl as you want. I got smoked sausage, rib-eye, NY strip, pineapple, broccoli, and cabbage. I chose the Kung Po sauce with extra garlic and red pepper. I had a HEAPING bowl to give the cooks and they seemed pleased with my first attempt. I got a lemonade and my wife got water and our bill was $34 with tip. Not a bad price to pay and as I stated already….. WELL WORTH IT!
Awesome but expensive.. Went here for my birthday, since i had a free birthday dinner coupon. Was so excited to try something new! It was the whole party’s first time here, and we’re all anxious to go back! Had an awesome time. The waitress accidentally took my plate (abt half empty) while I was in the bathroom, so we got comped a single meal. Would def return, but during lunch hours since its a pain the ass to park!
Great place, bad service. This is a great restaurant chain, but the attitudes on the female waitresses at this location ruin it every time. Hire real waitresses, and not just high school girls looking for part time jobs and this restaurant will get back on track. The guys at the grill, however, make this place worth coming back to.
