It lives up to it’s name, this restaurant is tiny! But if you can get a table, it is some of the most yummy food you’ve ever tasted! It’s so fresh and tastes just like homemade like my mother used to make. I wish that they had hours on the weekend, but it’s understandable that the owner needs to rest, since she’s the only waitress. Definitely recommend this place! Call ahead because they fill up fast. And don’t forget to bring your own bottle of wine!
BRUSSELS SPROUTS!!!! This is one of Lakeland’s best restaurants. You can taste to love in Berna’s food. Nice serving sizes. Try the artichoke hearts, & eggplant appetizer. The cod is so tasty, healthy, & low cal! If you like fish I highly recommend it.
This place is amazing! Never knew Brussels sprouts could be so delicious. The owner, Berna makes any dish a treat (especially the veggie platter, chicken Zuppina delight, or salmon salad, or brisket), but sometimes she lets her assistant take over and it’s never as good.
Delicious Mediterranean cuisine. As a picky eater, I never liked brussels sprouts until I tried them at Cafe Zuppina – they are delicious! And, I’ve had baklava in many places, including Turkey, and their’s is the best: light, flaky filo dough, layered with ground pistachios and dripping with honey.
Authentic Turkish Cuisine. One of the best restaurants in Lakeland, if not the best. Very well balanced meal with healthy portions. You can bring your own wine or beer, glasses will be provided at no extra charge.
Cafe Zuppina has excellent customer service, and lots of vegan friendly, gluten-free friendly delicious food.
