Sweet n spicey wings $13 for 5 wings that look like they came out of a crock pot – terrible. Brie Flat bread was good. Veggie pizza lacked flavor. Overpriced , no plans to return.
Over priced convection oven cooked pizza and flat breads. Escargot was barely warm, pita crisps were stale and chewy. Pizza burnt on one side and raw in middle.
We had several flat breads & a pizza & enjoyed them all! So glad to have Patio 850 in Lakeland. Creative food at a reasonable price. Nice wine selection too & atmosphere.I would like to see better service though. I sat for over 5 minutes without seeing the server. In my book good service is a greeting and something on the table in under a minute. Also, like so many restaurants these days, the server thinks his needs take presidents over diners enjoying each others company. The server interrupted our conversation EVERY time he came to the table, then carried on with his off beat sense of humor. Hint: if people are enjoying each others company, the service should be unobtrusive. If people are sitting & not talking a little light conversation is appropriate.
GREAT food!. Patio 850 is a hidden gem. The flavors on every dish will bring your taste buds alive, and every dish is so different and creative.The bacon popcorn was a huge hit, the hummus is outstanding, and don’t forget to ask for the pickled carrots and garlic, wow! We also tried the pizzas and were blown away.A little hard to find with funky parking, but it’s totally worth the trip. The outdoor ambiance is great as well.I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant!
