Holy deliciousness!! I has the burger with bacon and cheese- perfection of a classic. What was better was the onion rings and the sauce to dip them in!!! Insanely good!
The Chop Shop. I have been here twice and would definitely go back. I had the Chopper burger. It was excellent and huge. It’s definitely a 2-hander. I love the old signs and memoriabilia that’s all over the place. They moved from another location 2 doors down and it’s much nicer. The new place is a lot bigger and has a nice outdoor seating area.

Beck when they opened they were awesome Great meals. I don’t know if its new managment or new owners but the food is not what it used to be. A bacon cheese burger used to have slices of bacon and sliced cheese now its just bacon bits and cheese wiz. Very unimpressed in new food.
Refreshing food for Lakeland. We were waiting downtown for the x-mas parade to start and were hungry. We had ate at the pizza place before and it was gross to say the least so we opted to try the Chop Shop. Could not have been a better choice. Cool and clean inside and everyone is tatted up and retro looking. Burgers were amazing, real hand made hamburger, had to be at least /2 #, topped with onion rings and bbq sauce , served on Texas Toast. It was so big I had a hard time getting it in my mouth. First bite was delicious. A perfectly made burger and they were swamped. Great service , Great Food , We will be back.
I love the this place. The food is amazing. Seriously the best burgers in Lakeland.
