Not bad, but not the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. Probably wouldn’t go back. Service was great. Food was okay, just nothing standout. My friend had the fajitas and really liked them.
I have eaten at 2 Carmelita restaurants in the St. Petersburg area and both have been excellent, very nice food, well presented and served by attentive staff. I will definitely return for repeat service. Can’t go wrong with good food and good value.
Ordered the fish tacos. Portions were huge. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Our waitress wore a traditional costume which made the experience more authentic. Prices were reasonable. Will definitely eat here again!
