Great food. Great portions. My husband is quite the fan of ChineseSo he is very picky. After trying several restaurants in the area China 99 is the only place we will order from. We have had some miserable expenses with other places. The steamed dumplings are good as is everything else. And you get a lot of food for the price. For take out Chinese in Clearwater it is the best I have had so far. Delivery has been anywhere from 20-40 min.
